Where We See Brokeness
Broken Families
Recognizing the impact of fractured families due to factors such as single-parent homes, domestic violence, and neglect.
Addiction
Acknowledging the widespread issue of addiction and its detrimental effects on individuals, families, and communities.
Poverty
Understanding the cycle of poverty and its multifaceted nature, encompassing financial, educational, and social deprivation.
Where We Find Hope
Family Renewal
Providing Support, counseling, and resources to strengthen family bonds, foster healthy communication, and facilitate reconciliation where possible.
Recovery Efforts
Offerring Programs such as Celebrate Recovery, support groups, and counseling services that empower individuals to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives.
Stability
Implementing initiatives aimed at addressing the root causes of poverty, such as job training, financial literacy education, and job fairs, to promote stability and self-sufficiency.
Where We Could Do More
Welcoming Environment
Providing a warm, inviting, and inclusive facility for fostering a sense of belonging and safety for all who seek assistance.
Expanding Facilities
Assessing the need for additional space and amenities to accommodate the growing demand for services and programs, potentially considering renovation and expansion projects.
Enhanced Accessibility
Ensuring that services are easily accessible to individuals and families in need, considering factors such as public transportation and community demographics.
By deepening our understanding of brokenness, expanding our current hope-building initiatives, and implementing strategic improvements, we aim to foster positive transformation within individuals, families, and our community at large. Through collaboration, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to our mission, we aspire to bring lasting hope and healing to the greater Waterville area.
